ITALICUS is a modern Aperitif created and founded by Giuseppe Gallo – a world-renowned mixologist and authority in the field of Italian spirits. Giueseppe Gallo brought back to life the forgotten category of Rosolio – the original type of aperitif that was enjoyed by the Italian royal family.

ITALICUS is grown, harvested and distilled in Italy and features fresh notes of ripe bergamot balanced by light and pleasantly bitter floral spices. ITALICUS is produced in a family distillery founded in 1906 in Moncalieri, Torino. All the ingredients used in its production are sourced from all over Italy, including: IGP bergamot from the UNESCO protected area of ​​Calabria; cedar from Sicily, Roman chamomile from Lazio; and lemon balm, lavender, yellow roses and gentian from Northern Italy.

It has a beautiful crystalline color with light greenish reflections. The aroma is slightly citrusy with notes of rose and lavender, the palate first notes fresh notes of ripe citrus balanced by a light and pleasantly bitter floral spice, before giving way to a complex and long-lasting finish. Alcohol content 20%.
